Modules and Fixing code

In the process of modularizing components of the website to give it a more uniform and rounded look. Also, as I come across pieces of code, I'm fixing them the best I can to make them more efficient. When I began building this site, I was learning to code using PHP and made things a little complicated to read. So I'm slowly trying to optimize things.
