Modules and Fixing code

In the process of modularizing components of the website to give it a more uniform and rounded look. Also, as I come across pieces of code, I'm fixing them the best I can to make them more efficient. When I began building this site, I was learning to code using PHP and made things a little complicated to read. So I'm slowly trying to optimize things.

Site wide rules:
Only upload artwork that belongs to you. No tracing or stealing another artist's work. A warning will be issued to first time violators. Repeat violators may have their account suspended.
I have a no tolorence policy involving bullying. No warning will be given if you are caught bullying another member. Your account will be suspended indefinitely.
It's pretty basic, if follow the two rules above and respect one another, there's no reason we can't grow into a friendly community of TLK fanatics. Enjoy the site.
